To support your scene partner, how do we get angry if we find it hard to be angry?

Unless the Casting Director specifically asks for angry, it’s always a good idea to run with our truth. This means, instead of forcing ourselves to ‘be’ angry, play the scene the way your gut is telling you to play it, because as long as we know we are playing our truth, less is definitely more, as the anger will reveal itself, in the moment. Don’t over play it, just trust it, and let it happen.
