Ok, so what are the steps?
Step 1:
Prior to the event, please share a concise overview of your company's culture, quirks, work habits, mission statement, and unique business model.
Step 2:
To initiate the session, we begin with a light warm-up or engaging theater sports game to energize the group and foster a relaxed atmosphere.
Step 3:
Next, participants are divided into groups of two or three and provided with a cinematic scene to read individually and then discuss within their group.
Step 4:
Similar to a murder mystery, participants delve into the scene, uncovering clues and developing a compelling plot. We then encourage them to enhance their performance by incorporating creative entrances, exits, and physical gestures, coinciding with their chosen plot.
Step 5:
To further elevate their performance, each group is assigned a unique situation inspired by your company's culture and quirks. This added element enhances the scene and adds a touch of humor.
Step 6:
To add an element of surprise, each player receives a secret instruction that must be incorporated into the scene without revealing it to their group members.
Step 7:
To add another layer of creativity, each group is assigned a random product or service from their workplace to incorporate into their scene, elevating the performance to new heights.
Is there a winner?
The winning team is the group that successfully maintains composure and delivers a flawless performance from start to finish, a feat that proves easier said than done.
Are we allowed to give feedback?
In addition to providing immediate feedback, we encourage participants to film their colleagues' performances as a keepsake. Each team's performance is then rated on a scale of 10 to 30, depending on the number of players.
Is there any Criteria?
Interesting Movement is worth 2 individual or group points per player.
An interesting Situation is worth 2 individual or group points per player.
An entertaining Instruction is worth 2 individual or group points per player.
A seamless use of a Product/Service is worth 2 individual or group points per player
No Laughing or Breaking character during the performance is worth 2 individual or group points per player.
So, how does the scoring work?
To add an extra layer of fun and competition, participants can award their peers bonus points (0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.25, 1.5, or 2) per criteria, especially if they have a promotion in mind.
Can we include Prizes and Awards?
Novel prizes will be awarded to the runner-up, second-place team, and the ultimate champions.
We encourage clients to provide their own prizes and awards, as they have a deeper understanding of their team's preferences and motivations.
If you're looking for a team-building experience that will be the talk of the office for years to come, this is the perfect solution.
